The shop is full but instead of serving the people, the owner prefers to fight with children about drinks. I got out and ate somewhere else. I like Subway but there are other restaurants too

We like the food here, especially the cookies are great for dessert ? The staff is very friendly, but not all of them wear a mouth and nose guard, and there was not even an answer to our request. Too bad we had a better experience in other branches. There are a few parking spaces directly in front of the shop, but depending on the time they are often occupied by customers of the Pizzaria or arcade.

As such, I love Subway, but the branch in Datteln does not do so well for me personally, in contrast to other branches. I have to say it depends on which employee is on site! - But in 8 out of 10 visits, carelessly thrown together ingredients on bread ... extra requests are hardly taken into account when you come in the evening and there are things (such as bacon, sauces) all or the staff has no buck (sauces) to fill up , then no alternative or the like is offered! I think that's a shame because I'm used to better service from other branches. Support your local, especially important in times of Corona - but then my support goes somewhere else!

Can't complain so far. The staff is polite and I usually don't have to wait long for my order.

If you could give minus stars this shop would get 5 stars, use cheese that was wrong on the sub that came in contact with sauce, put it back in the bowls and burn the subs. Unfortunately, you have to give a star here so that you can leave your opinion here

The "counter" is always very dirty. The service is generally friendly, but often miscalculates or rounds up. A second employee would be appropriate ...

Under all SAU !!! 10 a.m. is open, enter the shop at 10:15 a.m. and is only served at 10:30 a.m., as there was still room to be cleared. I was there 4 times now and every time different problems! Extended private calls were more important than serving customers and much more. For me NEVER AGAIN !!!

Very bad service, slow service. Subs poorly prepared. 2 out of 5 drinks were empty, just not refilled - 2 hours before closing. Communication hardly worked, operation could hardly speak German ... Unfortunately not recommended!

Friendly, fresh and delicious. But it seems to me that it is a different honey-mustard sauce than in other branches. Unfortunately not so many parking spaces available.
